The property is not available for commercial rental - only for private use.
Ideally we are looking to rent the property fully furnished for a Season or longer but may consider shorter term rentals.
The monthly charge ranges from £1,500 - £3,000 depending on season and there will be a deposit required. The rental covers virtually everything although there may be an extra charge for excessively high energy use.
